Town Hall Meeting
A Town Hall Meeting will be held on Sunday, February 23rd at 5:00pm to discuss the possible sale of property and an upcoming survey concerning renewing Pastor Ed Vinson’s call to Hanover Evangelical Friends Church. Information on both topics will be provided prior to the meeting. All are welcome to attend.
Sermons for February 2020
During the month of February, I will preach through Romans 8 (my favorite chapter). The four sermons will highlight four freedoms we have as Christians:
- Romans 8:1-4, we say, “I’m no good.” God says, “I don’t condemn you.” That’s a life of liberty.
- Romans 8:5-16, we say, “I’ll never change.” God says, “You have victory over sin.”
- Romans 8:17-30, we say, “my life’s falling apart.” God says, “You can expect good.”
- Romans 8:31-39, we say, “There’s no future for me.” God says, “You can live in security.”
